The Zeitz MOCAA Shop – A Source Of Design-Led And Art-Inspired Gifts

The opening of the Zeitz Museum of Contemporary African Art in Cape Town has brought along a host of different ways for visitors to engage with contemporary art from the exhibitions and installations on display throughout the museum, to a dedicated programme of workshops and talks, to an onsite shop which will enable visitors to find mementos of their visit.

Developed and managed by Platform Creative, a leading local agency for the promotion and development of design led by founders Laurence Brick and Cathy O’Clery, the Zeitz MOCAA shop has an emphasis on art-led design and fashion and showcases a selection of contemporary design, books, prints, stationery, gifts, jewellery, and fashion. And in keeping with the MOCCA’s focus on Africa, the products on offer will be designed in collaboration with leading designers, artists, and design companies from South Africa, the African continent and beyond.
