While I have helped creatives craft brands, I have also been on the other side crafting my own brand so know first hand how involved and personal the experience can be. When creating for someone else I can be objective and decisive, but when creating my own brand it was and still is an emotional experience. I want to do it right, I want it to connect to and speak to my desired audience. I want it to reflect who I am, what I do and why I do it. And figuring this out brings forth a lot of questions and responses that need to be sorted through and made sense of to create something that can truly stand for what I do.

Doing my own branding has taught me a lot of things. I know what it is like to pinpoint my values and define the essence of my ‘why’; to agonise over choosing the right colour palette, then second-guessing myself; to try and find the exact words to convey my purpose; and not to mention the distraction of seeing what others are doing and going through an ‘I want mine to look like that‘ phase.

Q: Who is this course for?

A: Illuminate Your Brand is designed for creative entrepreneurs who have been running their businesses for 6 months or more and are ready to hone in on their brand and take it to the next level. is an advanced level course best suited for creative entrepreneurs who have been running their business for more than a year and are confident about where their business is headed, are now ready to level up their brand. And need the time and space to make sense of it all and bring everything together to portray a stylishly cohesive message

Q: How much time will I need to do the course?

A: The course is designed to take 10 weeks. One Module is released at the beginning of each week giving you time to focus on it and complete the required exercises before moving on to the next.

Q: How long do I have access to the course?

A: You will have lifetime access to the course and materials for as long as it is running.

Q: Do I need any special software to use the course?

A: The workbooks are designed to be printed off and filled in by hand or can be filled in digitally using Acrobat Reader, which you can download here for free.

Q: Are there any other costs involved?

A: Logo, brand identity design and copywriting services are not included as part of the course. These would need to be considered in addition to the course. Prices do vary and to help you get started a list of recommended professional resources is provided in the branding toolkit.

Q: Does taking the course guarantee I will have a successful brand?

A: There are no guarantees and it would be remiss of me to make false promises. You deserve better. As with anything you do the more focus and attention you put in and show up to do the work the more you will get out of it and increase your chances of success.  

Q: What support will I get while taking the course?

A: You will benefit from membership to the accompanying Facebook group where I will show up at the end of each module week to answer any questions. You will have the chance to connect with fellow entrepreneurs and receive encouragement and guidance. You will also get unlimited email support for the duration of the course.

Q: I feel that I would benefit from personalised support from you how can I get this?

A: I occasionally offer a limited number of bespoke 1-to-1 brand guidance sessions throughout the year, contact me here for consideration, my availability, and prices.

Q: What is your refund policy

A: If the course does not meet your expectations you can request a refund in the first 14 days. Once your refund is processed you will lose access to the rest of the course.
